ABOUT ME

Originally from India and now based in Germany, I am a children’s book illustrator whose work is rooted in emotional storytelling and human connection. Growing up surrounded by rich visual traditions, color, and storytelling, I developed an early appreciation for how art can evoke feeling, an influence that continues to shape my work today.
My artistic journey began at the age of 18, leading me to pursue a Bachelor of Arts in Illustration, followed by a Master’s degree in Graphic Design from Middlesex University in England. During my time abroad, I balanced multiple jobs while continuing to refine my artistic voice, eventually dedicating myself fully to illustration and developing a style that blends technical training with intuitive, emotionally driven storytelling.
In addition to several self-published and collaborative projects, I have completed commissioned portrait work that clients value as lasting, meaningful keepsakes.
At the heart of my work is a desire to create connection. Inspired by childhood moments of illustrating handwritten cards for loved ones, I discovered early on the joy that art can bring and I continue to carry that intention into every piece I create.
I am currently seeking opportunities to collaborate with publishers and illustration agencies, with the goal of bringing emotionally meaningful and visually rich stories to young readers.
